I recon if you gently pull the headlining down you should see the pipe, I dare say it only push,s back on..
howdy it appears the fluid tube to my rear washer jet has come out, (resulting in a wet head lining and a boot full of water) does any one knoe how i can fix this? vx said they can just reconnect it but its not coverd by network q or vx warrenty. they said one hours labour is £98!!!. help
spikey had a similar problem, maybe you can send him a personal message and see how he managed to sort it.
take a look at this thread, it might help:

Not fixed mine yet, it requires that you take the head lining down at the back and this entails removing side panels and trim etc...quite an operation that I haven't plucked up the courage to do yet!
mate, taking the headlining down is easy, i did it when i fitted the rear interior lights. if you follow the How 2 then you can't go wrong (just ignore the bit about cutting the hole!!)
IIRC - you only have to remove the rear grab handles (1 or 2 screws) and then remove some of the rubber seal around the rear doors, nothing major.
Start from the back and work forward.
apparently the tubes popped off near the drivers grab handle at the front requireing me to take the whole headlining down. any ideas as to how difficult this will be?
anyone? is it hard to take the whole headlining out?
Hard..No.
Involved..a little...
take all the grab handles off, and the sunvisors..disconnect the light in the roof as you get to it and remove the light unit and sunglasses holder in the front...then peel it down from front to rear..BUT don't bend it as the crease will show forever..
It's a slowly is best kinda thing..
