cooking oil /diesel mix

hi, any one using bio diesel or cooking oil mix once had a L200 and run it on cooking oil,diesel mix with no problems. just had the chip shop smell. any one tryed it in a vectra diesel ? paul

um simple answer ..no no no no no !!!!! ....it has been known to totaly distroy cdti and the older style bosh pumps ......

used to use a 50/50 mix in an old astra with the isuzu turbo engine. but would not try it in a cdti, don't these engines have enough pump and injector issues.
