    Default The weekend toy...

    As well as my new addition (Signum), as promised heres some pics and spec list of my MR2

    The car is a 95' Toyota MR2 GT-S, and ive owned it for 7 years now, since importing it from Japan.
    Heres the current spec.....

    > Engine:

    1995 Twin cam 16v Turbo 3S-GTE
    Piggyback ECU (fitted to the car in Japan)
    Blitz DSBC (set at 1.2 bar max),
    Blitz DTT,
    HKS SSQV,
    APEXi super intake,
    Denso Iridium IK24 plugs,
    Extreme Boost downpipe,
    XS-Power Motoria exhaust
    Samco silicon hoses (colour coded and polished engine bay, work in progress!!),
    Blitz 1.3bar rad. cap,
    TRD oil cap,
    Auto Gauge sandwich plate,
    INXX Chrome engine lid gas lift strut.

    > Interior:

    Greddy/Trust A-Pillar gauge mount with Auto Gauge Boost and Oil temp gauges,
    TRD carbon fibre gearshift surround,
    OEM MR2 chrome sill trims
    Kenwood double din DSP head unit,
    Focal Audio component speakers (front),
    Lanzar component speakers (rear),
    Alpine SWD-1600 subwoofer,

    > Chassis:

    Tein 'Flex' coilovers, with pillowball top mounts,
    Cusco front and rear strut braces,
    3G Vented/grooved discs front and rear,
    EBC Red Stuff brake pads front and rear,
    Ultralite Battle 766 alloys with Toyo Proxes T1-R 215/40/17 on the front with T1-R 235/40/17on the rear,
    or,
    Volk Racing Challenge F-Zero's with Toyo Proxes T1-S 215/40/17 on the front with Nankang NS11's 235/40/17 on the rear
    Ultralite lightweight alloy lug-nuts


    > Exterior:

    Do-Luck 'Aero Wivern' 3 piece bodykit (front/rear bumpers, skirts)
    Carbon fibre rev5 rear wing,
    Lite Tuned carbon fibre Toms air scoop with cold air feed pipe to intake,
    Raybrig Headlights (purple/blue),
    Clear side repeaters,
    Crystal side lights,
    Original Toyota 'Dandism' tints,
    De-bricked front number plate.

    > Performance:

    303.4bhp with 308ftlb of torque @ Weston Performance

    That looks smart is it me of do cars just look sooo much better without a front plate on

    Great cars! I've always had a soft spot for the tubbys, especially a proper modded one. Sweet motor mate.

    Yes mate, the most expensive to-date, being the 'Do-Luck' bodykit supplied by Sumo Power.
    The front bumper alone costs over £1k!
    It was worth it though just to be different, as the kit is really rare in the uk. I know of only 2 with full kits, and 2 that only have the bumper and skirts.
    Mine is the only one in that colour

    This is the Mrs's car...
    A 1985 MR2 MK1.
    Since these pics were taken, its had an induction kit, Powerflow stainless exhaust and MK3 MR2 '5 spoke' alloys fitted...

    Awsome m8... Do like the body kit, suits it very well.. and not OTT by any means... BTw I Do like my mr2's , had 2 x T bar mk1's so far...
