Nissan conversion

Hi all.
Will be picking up a 56 Vectra 1.8 design on Wedensday and leaving a 52 Primera behind, what a relief! Will be on here lots to find out what there is to know (don't know much, first Vauxhall not counting the bedford HA I drove when I was an a apprentice).

So, picked up our Vecta Wedensday and I have to say, what a ride!!! made my 03 Nissan Primera seem like a tractor!! maybe I should not make comparisons, but the Vectra seems a great deal more modern, very comfy and, would leave the Nissan (1.8) standing at any speed. One thing though, the revs drop very slowly between gear shifts (1.8 with manual box), is that normal? otherwise, dead happy.

Be prepred to empty your wallet/bank account on modding this up!
Glad to see another guy swung from other marques, to a griffin!!
The throttle body is sensitive on these, it can be tweeked, if you know somone who has access to a fault finder, i had similr on mine, something to do with Over-run.
