Default Replace coils or shock absorbers ?frustrating

Have that yo - yo feeling from the rear of my Vectra C . Could it be the coils because of softness or the shock absorbers ? Can't understand the
difference . It happens in a straight line and having some speed after you pass from a yamp for example . Not very
    annoying but...
Can it be fixed by replacing the coils with some aftermarket products ( H & R perhaps ) ? Or it would be better to replace the shock absorbers ?
Thank you in advance for your time .

Had the same problem with my Siggy. I replaced rear shockers, feels like driving a different car.
