Another Hello from Plymouth !

Hello!

Thought I would pop on here and introduced myself properly, rather than hijacking Matts thread.

I began my interest in cars when my Dad bought a MK2 Cavalier GLSi and we went to the Vauxhall Shows (VBOA and PVS). I then joined MK2Cav.com and I also used to be a member of VxON back in the good old Cavweb days.

I kept with the Vauxhall theme when passing my driving test and purchased a Corsa, when I got made redundant I used my payout to treat myself to a N Reg Vectra but with all the miles my new job is putting my way I have decided to upgrade.

When driving a minimum of 200 miles a week I wanted a car with Air Con and Cruise Control so on Friday I am picking up a Silver 05 Plate Vectra SXi 1.9 CDTi 150!

I can't wait to pick it up and hoping to make it to the next meeting in the South West region so would be nice to meet you all

If you need to use the dealers for any work... use the Saltash one.. they seem to have some more competent 'technicians' than the one in town

@Diet1985 - I won't be parking this baby down the square lol! As for the Saltash dealers I didn't have such a good experience last time I went there, a bloke called Vincent was so rude, I'd rather let my 7 year old Nephew do the work!

I trust your word that the technicians are very good however its all about customer service and that is one place that really puts me off

Its the other way round at the other place... all nice enough... but serioussly those Grease monkeys are.... well.. useless.

Lol... The square is the ONLY Place almost in plymouth that my car has NOT been scratched!!

Haha, that is a very good point, I have never had any problems anywhere in Plymouth though to be honest - My worst nightmare is Exeter, my work have an office up there and everytime I go up there I have problems - Usually whilst parked in the Park & Ride people open their doors into my car and then drive off

As for garages, Matt's work have their own Fleet garage who do all our work and are absolutely fantastic!
