Knocking noise...

Just had a witter tow bar fitted to my CDTi and it is knocking against the side of my after market back box. Has any one had this problem before, if so what was the solution?

I was thinking of going to an exhaust place, like ATS, and gettin a longer rubber hanger to drop the back box by about 15mm. Would that be a good idea. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had a problem like this on my old vec b and what I did was stiffen up the original rubber mount with a couple of good thick zip ties around them,If you put longer mounts on will it not swing more and still knock on your back box?

Cheers for that Shippers, I will try the zip tie, (plasty cuff) route. Never thought of stiffening what was already there.
