    How funny. My car had a service today and I need disk's and pads. Been quoted £150 from local guy.

    Go along to your good old Vx dealer and ask for a disc and pad SET! (not seperates) should cost you about £65 for the set. The thave a go and tackle the change yourself, it really isn't hard. Save yourselves a fortune. Alternatively get a mate or local garage, should only be 1hr labour, still cheaper than the £150.

    The only problem with the kit is the pads are poor. There not VX OE, not really that important on the rear, but a good set of pads on the front is a must IMO

    I've used mintex pads before and they aren't as bad as some of the aftermarket pads you get. I am using Lucas pads on mine just now and they are actually quite good (no nasty sqealing)

    I run Mintex OE pads, good bite, but need plenty of copper slip to stop squeal.

    BEWARE !!!!! The discs shown look like they are for 4 stud hubs....The Vectra C hubs have 5 stud fixing!!!!!!

    Yeah was guna email them abt the 4 stud in picture! Thought abt the dealers but like the look of these to be honest and better quality, would you use these discs and pads rushy?

    mintex are a good brand woth a good history imho, i would buy them if i wanted some new one's.....
