    Default Spray Shops in Plymouth

Anyone know of any spray shops in Plymouth??

Need 3 quotes for a scratch on the Passenger wing..

A young lad cam e flying past on a BMX and wiped out on my wing.. Got a scratch down to the metal about 3 inches long on the wing...

Was lucky it wasnt more As the rest was just rubber right down the passenger side of the car.

The dad has agreed to pay to get it fixed so need to get 3 quotes..

Presumably you don't have fully comp, legal cover, and/or protected NCB on your insurance policy, or your excess is likely to be higher than the repair costs

If it is just the front wing, and NOT the door, then you are looking at about £80 for paint and £40 in labour
However if it is the door, then add a further £150 to the labour

    I recommend NCRC :
    http://www.ncrc.co.uk/locations.asp?territory=13
    Broxton Drive,
    Pomphlett Farm Ind Est
    Plymouth,
    PL9 7BG
    01752 492112

Pop in, get a quote, and post it

    Cheers...

Looking for something cheap for the bloke.. but something that good.. Unlucky that was the only panel with no scratches whatsoever!!

    Typical!

    Ahh Well accidents happen!!

The Lad went flying past the car.. a good 15feet before he stopped... lucky not to break any bones tbh.

Its paint damage on a car, so of course its not going to be cheap (if done properly)
up to £200 is cheap, try getting a quote from a dealership with a bodyshop (take the price and DOUBLE it!)

Sadly you will need to take the car to each place for a quote, I wouldn't accept any by phone
The reason being is that you want them in WRITING
Equally, take a note of the mileage to get these quotes, as that is a cost you are having to bear

Finally, remember you are going to have to get to/from this bodyshop AND you will be without your car for at least three to five days, so that will be yet more costs

    After what you have said...

I think this is going to turn arsy with the neighbour... esp after the comments about try scratch removal.

    I really hope it doesnt.

Accidents happen but his child should not of been so careless.
