Best aftermarket brakes? At a good price

I was tempted to upgrade my pads to Green stuff by EBC, however I read many reviews on other forums like this.. and there are a LOT of bad reviews. Seperating frmo the backing plates, dust, very very bad life span etc. Just wondering if they are really worth it?

I was looking at mintex, but I would really like some drilled or fancy disks lol. Theres a couple of companys on ebay doing a front set for 120 quid etc, but my main worry is the pads...

I'm changing them as my rears have faded really fast, and are crap especially on the handbrake (plus they are noisy in reverse and have rutted my disks). Plus the fronts began to smell quite badly after running the car through the alps, so bit worried they are glazed over.

Just done some research on the Paged website.. online catalogue looked suspisciously the same as the Mintex catalogue.. And I was correct in my thinking.. They are both owned by the TMD friction group.

As for prices.. Not found any yet.. the Sig and Veccy are listed in the catalogue but it doesnt say which type of pad it is.. As for sales.. WOW they are expensive lol! but.. noone seems to stock past the Vectra B
