swapping headlights

changing the head lights at the weekend for the black tinted 1s.
is there any thing i should i know before i start,

i did it on the vec b so im hoping that its going to be more or less the same,

pretty straight forward once you have got the bumper off

would i have to take the wheels of to get to any bolts for the bumper.

well need to get another light 1st, just managed to get a black 1 of ebay for £15,
you intrested in the old 1s, there the normal clear 1s, of a 06,

shame there facelift - need a set of old uns for another project

only two torx screws in each wheel arch no need to take the wheels off
heres the quick how to but just ignore the bit about fitting the grille

You will need to align the headlights I think. You can do this by parking your car near a wall and marking the current level, then set the new ones to the same height.
