Man, it makes you wonder just how you can let such beautiful cars get into such a state. Compared to how much time and money people on here spend on keeping their humble Veccies looking amazing, well, what can you say?

They just get too expensive to fix when something big goes wrong - a crying shame though, I'm a sucker for an exotic wreck.

Competition to see who can name the most??

funny how different perspective on things, i was looking down though that and smilling all the was thinking how much fun i could have with some of them. i know some are beyond a quick clean. but like the yellow elise could be brought back no problem. i would seriously like to get my hands on some of them. that would be a dream come true

You leave that elise alone its mine

It's probably there due to head gasket failure (rover K series afterall) Think the bodies were plastic/fibreglass and the chassis were bonded honeycomb aluminium so rust wouldn't be much of an issue

as been said ,probibly the expense of getting the repairs done leads ppl to let their cars rot ...crying shame !!!!!!!!!! IMO
