This crops up on a regular basis here on the site, what you need to do is:

"Copied from another post by Duncan"

Under the wind deflector (black plastic thing at the bottom of the windscreen on the outside and there's a flap on the passenger side to access it). Check that you haven't got a build up of leaves etc... in the area under the wind deflector. If you have then locate the couple of drain holes that are there and dig out/push through any gunk that is blocking them.

Basically the drain holes can get blocked and the any water build can result in ending up in the passengers footwell as you describe.

where your pollen filter goes there is a drain hole if thats blocked then thats where your water is coming from.

And don't forget to check the one on the drivers side while you're at; this one is not as accessible as the passengers side and without removing the plastic scuttle panel you can open up an old wire coat hanger and feed it through and down into the drain hole via the scuttle panel vent holes as it were HTH
