    1996 Vectra 1.8 16v

    Engine mods:

    Full stainless, decat exhaust system, Irmscher tail pipe
    Enlarged throttle body
    FSE power boost valve
    Larger injectors
    Induction kit, with cold air feeds and stainless heat shield
    ECU re-map
    Power (136bhp)

    Body mods:

    Reiger Race Pro front bumper
    Reiger Race Pro rear valence
    Deep side skirts
    Vectra saloon rear spoiler
    MCR roof top spoiler
    Self modded front grill
    Ring driving lights

    Other mods:

    308mm drilled and grooved Vectra V6 brakes
    G-Max -40mm lowered suspension (soon to be changed for a coil over kit)

    I think that's one of nicest looking body kits i've seen on a B.

    Does the FSE valve make much difference?

    The FSE is superb, it needed setting up correctly so it was running the right pressure.

    There was some debate over these on here a while back, but there was no-one around that had actually fitted one, so it's good to hear from someone who has! Might have to take a second look at fitting one of these to my 2.2

    They really need rolling road set up otherwise they can strangle the engine. At a recent rolling road session and friend had one on his 2.0 Vectra but it wasn't set up at all, just a guess. He thought that his car would be approx 180bhp but on his 1st run his maximum bhp was 137!!! The rolling road guys then set up his FSE so it was running 4.2 pressure and it then boosted the performance on run 2 to 177 bhp.

    All because the FSE was not set up at all he was losing 40 bhp, incredible.
