oil capacity

hi folks, i'm going to do an interim oil change on my veccy c and being as i've only had it for 4 weeks i need to pick your brains, could someone tell me what the oil capacity is for 56 plate 1.8 sri and is it the paper type oil filter cos i think it is due there being a black screw off type thing on the right side of the engine as you look at it, sorry to sound a bit dim but previously i had a veccy b and did all my own servicing cos i knew that engine pretty well....thanks in advance

should be a paper filter and iirc then a gaoolon will be more than enough for you, if you go to vx and get the vx gear they will sell you exactly what you need...
