im fixed on a signum but the misses wants 5 seats as she use car for ferreying around her 2 girls and 2 little bratts 2 year old just want to know more abount the rear seat the one i looked at the car dealer dont know it got 2 seat belt coupling one grey one red and a seat belt in the roof that fits into the grey one how dose it work is ther a booster seat that plugs in or some thing on the middle and can a child sit in the middle leagaly

Definitely no go on the central child seat fitment, on the signum bud...The vecci has a better middle seat, still not sure on the child seat, for the vecci though. Both good cars though...

I sometimes carry one of my children in the middle seat (6 year old or 14 year old) They have no problems with the seat and like the higher perch - not used for more than about 30 odd miles so far.
When the younger one is using the middle seat, we pull the roof mounted seatbelt through under the left hand headrest between the chrome legs so it lies better over her shoulder.
Seat is perfectly legal and safe as long as you pay heed to the stated height guidelines.

You can't fit a booster seat in the middle either, its not wide enough. Maybe the estate?

I have 2 car seats in the back of mine and is very tight on space indeed. No chance of using a booster seat if we have a 3rd.

I got my Signum because the kids in the back can't kick my seat when I'm driving. But the eldest is only 3.

Every time my missus goes on about a 3rd I just tell her I will have to sell the car which is more expense and buy my Chrysler 300c.

You can't fit a child seat of any description on the centre rear seat of the Signum, they are not wide enough.

Regarding the centre belt, you simply pull the belt out of the roof socket, pull it over your left shoulder and it plugs into the left seat belt latch, then pull it over your lap and plug it into the other latch. This makes it into a proper 3 point belt.
