Wrong back bumper?

Well I know it's the wrong back bumper on this car, maybe it's been in a accident

. It's different to my car and mine is the same kind of car...

Its the wrong middle brake light too,a bit dodgy if you ask me......

Its a proper SRI just seems to have an LS rear bumper with the lower trim cut to expose the exhausts.

How can you properly tell the brake light is wrong though?? as in the pics showing the back end someone has their foot on the brakes
