    Default Idle on V6CDTi manual and auto

    What is the idle speed of the V6CDTi (Y30DT) equipped with a manual gearbox? Tech2 showed 800rpm on mine. Is this fine?

    Also, I've driven a V6CDTi auto a while ago and once it warmed up the idle was a nice, slow 600rpm. Why is there a 200rpm difference?

    No idea. My manual idles about 800rpm.

    Took me a while to find this, as it is not in the VX stuff I have
    The engine idle speed (warm) is 700rpm
    However, it can also be set manually depending on local conditions
