Been off-roading today since 0700 - Awesome day as always.

As you know, that when you unlock the Vec, the rear number plate light comes on - its very usefull for making sure your feet are clean !!!

why dont u ... turn the ignition on flash the lights.. then pull the key out... this turns on all the lights for 30 seconds or so

Not on mine John, the number plate light comes on after on button press. To open the boot I have to press the button again or press the boot button.

I think you can change it from 1 push opening just the drivers door to 1 push opening everything? don't ask me how though. rings a bell.

Yeah you can do that. Probably a how to somewhere, or you can press the button on the drivers and passengers door!

Yea, its in the handbook and how 2 section, although it doesn't work on all vecs, mine included . Some cheeky so and so was selling the info on ebay
