Default Vectra C SRI Bumper Insert extension

I'm converting my SRI single exhaust to a twin exhaust. Brought the Rear insert that goes around the twin exhausts.

I have removed the single insert. But having problems fitting the new insert. Cant seem to push the insert into place completely.

Would appreciate any advise or tips.

    Thank you

Try squirting some WD40 or similar in the gaps in the bumper where the spoiler fits in, i sometimes do this at work on awkward bumper spoilers, it usually does the trick!

    Insert is on. :-)

I tried again today. I used washing up liquid on the clips to help lubricate as i had no WD40.

I used a piece of wood behind the bumper to help stop the flexi of the bumper.

Applying pressure on where the clips are situated, finally they clicked into place.

    I hope this helps others.

Now i can have my Twin Pipes fitted. :-))
