Brake Hoses

Hiya peoples. Below is a picture of the front standard brake hose, now, I need to know if the end circled is the same size and fitment for the rears.

I know the banjos' on the other end differ between 10 and 12mm but is there a particular year or model when they changed. Vauxhall only list the 12mm on their system now.

I belive fil4822 was going to change the four brake hoses on his. But there was a difference between the front and rear. But I can not remember what it was. Try PMing him. He should be able to clarify this.

I bought a goodrige kit for mine and the rear banjos were too small for my calipers. Mines is a 2003 53plate 2.2DTi SRi

Its not the banjo end I need to know about but cheers anyway....

Sorry mate wasn't paying attention. The other end is just a standard brake union size. All should be the same

Looking at the photo again. I would have said YES the circled part would fit the rear calipers. As I would have thoight the threads to be both a standard size. But I may be wrong as I have not taken either of them off a Vec C.
