    Default 314mm brakes with 16 inch alloys?

    Heya all, looking to buy some 314mm brakes from a member. but before i do i need to definatly know that thell fit under my 16 inch alloys. as ive heard that the steelees fit and the alloys do.

    There standard vauxhall ones buy the way fitted on the Energy model. even better would be if someone could mesure there 314mm set up including the calipers and carriers.

    I wouldnt have thought they would fit, as there is hardly any clearence on 17" ...... but could be wrong

    i only ask becuase the space saver spare fits apperntly. i think if they do fit then it is mm's lol

    they would look massive lol

    I believe they do - but it may be down to the individual wheel design and the balance weights more than anything mate. The space saver does fit as it's standadrd across the range, but your best option is to either get some 17's or ask if there's anyone near you who has 314's and you can do a test fit...

    they do a 308mm dont they?

    302's buddy, im away to fit them to my 2.2dti, they were found on the early 3.0 diesels and 3.2 petrols. They were standard on all 2.0 petrol turbos

    Fit with some greenstuff pads and grooved discs and you'll find they are better than standard 314's
