i was in my local breakers today and he had an 05 saab petrol half dismantled it had no wheels on and the front disc and calis looked massive he wants £160 for them do all saab brakes fit vectra c's and is this a good price

There probably the 314's, the same as fitted to V6 vectra's, and if they are yes there interchangeable.
Was it a saab 9-3 as they are identical underneath
im not sure maybe a 9-5 there wasnt much of it left
will i need the gaurd and flexi hose along with these
Nah. You can get yourself some Goodridge braided hoses though while everything's apart...
how much and where would i get them
About 50 squid, and you can find them all over the net from various sites...
Make sure the rear hoses are the right size though. Goodrige were known to have sold a few kits with 10mm rear banjos. I have one of those kits and i could be wrong but most of the vecs have 12mm banjos on the rear
As far as I know everyone on here who bought some had to have them sent back to get the 12mm ones - I never really got round to it...
