    it was the cars fault for pulling across the incoming traffic. even though the biker was going fast. poor guy, at least it looked quick which would be a small mercy.

    the car was at fault but the bike was like a missile, probably looked a long way off when the guy turned (if he even looked) The myth about not removing the helmet made the public just stand and look. I think the ABC is more important after a smash like that.

    If he was going excessively fast, blame lies with both of them, not just the motorist.

    The motorcyclist may have been travelling too fast, but I suspect on that video, it may appear faster than he was actually travelling at.

    Another case , of a motorist not seeing the motorcyclist, in fact the car seemed oblivious to anything whatsoever coming the other way, and hardly slowed at all before swerving suddenly for the turn.

    100% the cars fault IMO. Sad that another mororcyclists life has been cut short by a moment of carelessness.
