Looks good, but surely the fronts are over the legal limit on darkness?
Ill never forget the day the police pulled my mate over in his brand new clio and made him peel the film of the front windows on the spot!

well hopefully not mate, they are only light smoke and i have had pull before with light on the focus i got a fine, anything darker then prob a fine and points, even if it were too dark i would goto court and fight it as i think its nigh on bullying its like the dark ages.....what you should remember is they need a light meter they cant just say its too dark and do ya so if they try and do ya without it its illegal plus can anyone tell me if they need to have it callorbrated???? cheers

    light meter is self calibrating

front windows will be pre tinted up to a legalised limit stipulated by legistlation so with the additional tint you may still be over the legal limit - wouldnt recommend taking it to court as the definitions are laid down under contruction and use regulations for saftey when driving at night - you will loose and end up with a hefty fine and court costs and still haveto remove the tints
you could save yourself some grief by voluntarily attending your local traffic unit and asking them to meter your front windows

they dont all bite - just some of em

0-Large smile ......every time it's driven

thanks mate for the advice just the little devil in me kicks out once and awhile lol dont think ill be going to my local cop shop though and its only around the corner, think ill run the chance..personally i think the law on windows being tinted is yet another war on cars its aload of ****e saying you cant see out your windows when dark,,,i can see perfectly out these windows in all conditions apparently you can get a ticket from docs saying you tinted side windows because you suffer from michraines dont know how much truth is in that though, as they'll just say wear shades but i suppose not everyone likes to wear glasses.....i dont mind the fine what i cant stand is the "LETS GIVE EVERYONE POINTS CRAP" and i think its disgracefull making ppl peel of the tint, it doesnt stop it getting re-done...am i not wrong in thinking you should only be punished once so is the points and fine not enough without making you damage you own property?? what happens if you refuse to peel it off???? where does it end?
