There's zippity listed under that engine on the VXR Performance Centre website. The fact that the engine is one of the ones listed seems to indicate they may have things planned for it - engine, brakes, suspension or a combination.

They have been a specialist Saab tuner for years, the Saab version of Courtenay by all accounts, they are advertising in this months Total Vauxhall (Page 60)
They have tuned the Z20NET for years, they say their re-map for the 2.0T is +40BHP and costs £595 + VAT which I think is not too bad!!
They claim the 0-60 time drops from 8.1 second standard to 6.9 seconds, and the 30-50mph sprint in 4th gear drops from 5.5 seconds to 4.3 seconds.
I know of Abbot from my Saab days and they have a very good reputation.
Hope this helps.
6.9 thats faster than the standard gsi ..... all be it by 0.1 sec !!!
No problem doing that with the BSR remap either ...Originally Posted by big phil
In pretty cold weather and with the NCT5 tires wich isnt the best
for the jobb ive done 7.1s 0-60mph.
cant see the benefit of "one off" remap, when the BSR is basically the same price with the flexibilty of putting it on and taking it off and never having to worry what vaux do when the plug the tech 2 in?
thanks everyone, i seen the things on vxrperformance duncan and i think your right, so i think the bsr is the way to go, mainly because its reversible and is hidden from vx pc's so a little more grovelling to the mrs about increased fuel economy and i think she'll go for it!!
Tech 2 can't see re-maps anyway.Originally Posted by Ian
