    Default Gas and Electric...

I've just got the keys for a house that I am letting.

I am unsure though as to who the best supplier of Gas / Electricity would be. I have been offered £130 off my annual bill if I go with British Gas, but dont know if I'd be better off with another supplier?

Any thoughts / help would be appreciated!

Stick um on key meters and let your tennents pay the bills

If you do decide to not have key meters dont forget to use

    www.quidco.com to get some cashback

Scottish Power doing a deal to beat other suppliers by 3% for 13 months. If at the end of the 13 month contract you find someone cheaper they will either price match or you can leave.

Just some advice but check your tenancy agreement, the last few we've had have all made us get written conscent from the owners if changing utility suppliers. Generally we've stuck with British Gas for combined but only because thats what they were when we moved in.
