Im intrigued as to how many people suffer a flat spot on the CDTI 150, mine is between 1-2k rpm.
So, please vote away and also please state anything you have done to successfully resolve this!
Thanks.

Mine suffers from this before the turbo spools up. I cleaned the egr which seemed to help but it is getting worse again after a couple of months so I might try replacing the egr.
Mine doesn't, but with a new EGR, Inlet Manifold and EGR, it shouldn't do either !!!

mine did but had my 3rd injector and wiring replaced spot on now
no i dont think so,
if you do a search on here, you will find out if you have the old wiring (the yellow clips)
my car felt like it was misfiring at times, and suffrered from a flat spot just before the turbo kicked in, however if i booted it, no problem
still under warranty, they test drove it then replaced it all,
mine still does sometimes - not as bad since i had new egr, im trying to arrange a friend to strip down and clean the manifold so hopefully that will help
has anyone noticed if the problem isnt as bad depending on the weather - i notices on rainy damp days mine runs a dream, i was told that the air is more moist and changes the airflow
sorry but I don't know what a flat spot is. Think I may have this, can someone explain? thanks
hesitation when accelerating.
