    Default Radio NCDC xxxx code ?

    Hello,
    sorry for my eng..
    I want to ask you - i have Signum and there radio NCDC 2015 (or 2013) i dont know exactly now.. But i want to know, if i change batery, what happend? Somewhere i read, that then is needed some code ,which i dont have.. Is it true?
    And what if i dont have it, what conrete will offline (i mean radio, navi etc..) Will car going without this code? Maybe is it stupid question ) But please help

    Hi Tomas as you have a NCDC XXXX the stereo is paired to your GID/CID and its not paired to your car so removing battery should be fine,both the NCDC stereo and GID/CID should be coded together using your immobilizer code this is on your car pass

    Actually the NCDC sat nav versions don't have a code as they are full can-bus

    The car "just knows"

    I thought the NCDC stereos were fitted to the half canbus cars, and then came along the CD70 for the full canbus.

    They were but they are still a "full canbus" stereo. The whole car isn't canbus but the head unit is connected to the canbus system iirc.

    yes but NCDC and matching screen is also canbus related (so thats atucally also "full-canbus")

    Nah mate the stereos on the half can-bus cars aren't can bus. They have standard iso connectors. The can bus is just between the screen and head unit.

    just like on the cd70 that uses fakra thats the "new" iso.
