    Default A non Vectra expense

Woke up this morning and could not hear the usual sound of water running from my Koi pond, electrics had tripped out turned back on again nothing !,get soaking wet getting the pump out check it over and it is turning at about 50 rpm and stops when submersed.
outcome ? I now have to do a 30 mile round trip and depart with £140.0 for a new one, have to say the pump has been running since 1999 24/7 so I got my monies worth out of it.

An expence you don,t need. But I would recon the £140 is a lot less then the cost of replacing all the carp though.

I hope I have overcome this problem as I fitted a new pump to my small pond just a week ago. The old one a few years old was struggling. Let's hope the fish appreciate you getting wet m8 ..............

    hi mate,
there must be a dealer nearer than that to you, do a search on net.

ten years out of a pump i would be more than happy with, my last one lasted 15months(12 month warranty). now using an oase aquamax with 5 yrs guarantee, been using 3yrs and an excellent pump with superb solids handling, never clogs or slows.

    good luck!
