Default facelift v6 cdti auto box fluid

As above, had a leak on my auto box cooler then had it changed. the car has gone in to what seems to be a 'limp' mode, and the power steering has gone.

I know i need to top up the box fluid, but would the power steering be affected by this?

The battery has been disconnected too, but i supect that putting the car into limp mode.

and lastly, what fluid will i need to buy to top up the box?

    any help will be appreciated!
