    Question Head unit cutout

I fitted a Blaupunkt Woodstock DAB52 head unit to my Signum a few months ago. I had to connect a new ISO plug as I had ruined the original by fitting a different headunit that used a non standard plug.

The new loom I connected works fine, but when I turn the headunit up very loud, it cuts out and on the display it reads "Tel/Navi" which generally only should come on when the mute lead is switched to ground on the loom.

Does anyone know how this could be happening?

    Any help would be appreciated,

    cheers, Luc
