    Default 04 signum 2.2 auto gone into limp mode

    i have similar problemas others have posted on this forum with my 2004 signum, been on to Vx they say there have been no recalls and are no outstanding recalls, with my vehicle, so fingers crossed it was built after this problem occurd chassis no W0L0ZCF4841032551
    ERROR CODES
    P0638-5B
    P0700-00
    P0715
    P1700-00

    this relates to the speed sensor as has been discussed earlier, have orderd a new one at a cost inc vat of £70. wont be in till a few days time, in the mean time
    where does it go? can i check if the existing one has moisture in it? and possbly clean it and grease it ?
    look forward to any comments

    BTW battery went on me just a few days before this happend, just a coincidnece or cause of changing battery?
