Hi guys just bought a 2.2i Direct and im wondering what economy is going to be like how many miles should i be expecting from a full tank? mix of motorway + town driving?

Expect around 400-450.

Generally I only average 300 miles from a tank of fuel before the gauge is in the red. 330 miles and the fuel light is on.
26 to 28 mpg - mainly urban driving. 32'ish mpg motorway driving, and 33 to 34 mpg on a long run on A roads.
2.2 auto Elite.
Not to bad i suppose the Mondeo i traded in was a 2.2 diesel and i only got 375 a tank.
Something wrong with that then...... The ST TDCI (which I assume this was) were always good for a 550+ per tank, even in the Jags too.
Never had more than 450 mile from my ST owned it for 2 years i had it chipped though along with decat and exhaust with 175 bhp and 453 NM of torquei will be more than happy if i get 350 miles per tank on the veccy

I have it remapped by superchip and the results where very poor on the dyno. i changed it to a Roverron tuning box and the results where great and a fraction of the cost of the remap.
That explains the poor mileage then
