Paypal
Following on from my sale of the HTC Magic.
The guy is in the UK til next week and will be paying on monday via paypal. Am I right in thinking that as soon as the payment is showing in paypal I am safe to ship?
I doubt there will be any problems as he has 100% positive feedback with 110 sales and has been registered for 5 years

I've had money removed from my account a couple of days after the fact.. It was from an overseas bidder. Does the account have a confirmed address?

No ideas I guess I can only tell when hes paid where would I tell
Sometimes the funds aren't released until positive feedback is given or after 28 days. Especially on higher priced things
when he pays his address will hopefully show in paypal as confirmed. This with his feedback should give you a good idea on trust.
Ihope so we go on holiday at the end of the week and need to buy a sat nav before we go
