    Default Problem with chrome

    Was washing and waxing me baby today i noticed water marks on me chrome exterior parts the wax got alots ov the marks out but still some inground 1s that wont budge .Any ideas how to get em out please as dont know if i can use metal or chrome polish on them as they plastic i think its an 08 reg

    I use a very mild polish (Poorboys Swirl Remover). It removes the marks, and it hasn't caused any problems for me so far.

    Yes was on window trim and on the boot trim will have a try at that stuff u mentioned many thanks guys

    I have the same but I think the window trim is plastic covered the damp gets in between & that's it imo ......

    I've got white spotting on the chrome window trims as well, and nothing I've tried so far touches it, including Autosol! It must be below the surface as Tadpole says above

    If chrome cleaner doesn't work, then the parts aren't chrome
    Look for a resin based Polish
