Default Rubbish weather!! Should i sell my motorbike!

can't make my mind up, money just sat there in the garage gathering dust, i've not ridden it for a month or more now due to weather and work!!! mainly weather!!!
I keep thinking of how much better off i'd be, tax,insurance,m.o.t,tyres every year plus £10-£15 for fuel every time you go on it

But then i think of the thrill and joy on a nice sunny day!!!

have any of you got or had bikes??? are you getting fed up of the weather????

    SHOULD I GET RID!!????????????

more young family induced than weather although in the North of Scotland it was a consideratin, but I got rid of my "baby" (Yamaha R6) and to be honest there aint a day goes by that I dont miss it, one nice day in a month of rain and the first thing I think is blimey, I could have gone out on the bike today, miss the freedom and the pure adrenalin of riding such a machine. But in the end I made £4k on the bike, saved over £700 per year on servicing/tax/mot etc, and it allowed me to do a few other things I couldnt have otherwise, nice family holidays etc, it really is a case of making a pro and cons list and deciding whether you can live without it!!

thats where i'm at now, got rid of my bike to buy a house 12 years ago, and alway's dreamt of having another, i brought my current bike 18 months ago and i really do love it!!, when the weather is good!!, but by the time you've brought leathers, gloves, boots, lid etc. its a very exspencive hobby to have as well as a car!!
i'm married 2 kids, 1 is 10 the other is 5, we have'nt booked a holiday this year because i did'nt know how safe my job was(although things look better!). we can't really afford a holiday this year due to buying my car and i think possibly the bike is draining alot of cash.
this will be the first year we have'nt been away and i think it's down to me being selfish with my bike!!! the kids have been away with their grand parents but keep asking why we can't go away!!!
