You could have been bored sat at Gatwick earlier when they had an emergency landing. Its bought chaos to the local roads. M25 solid from the Dartford Crossing all the way to Heathrow.

Not seen any Vectras but plenty of KLM jets where I'm sitting.

At least you have access to a toilet in the airport we have just spent the best part of the afternnon sitting between junction 2-3 on the M6. According to the traffic reports we heard on the radio most of the M1, M6 and M25 have been at a standstill all day.

I hope the M6 improves before Sunday afternoon because we are using it again to go up to the Peak District for a few days, sort of belated honeymoon as we got married on the 11th July
