Why would you need to do this?
I drive 40K miles a year and have never had this done on any car, even up to 6 years old
The only time the gearbox oil has been drained is when the engine has been removed for inspection

There isnt a level check plug in the side of the F40 box according to the haynes book and if for any reason you think the level is low the box should be drained and refilled with the correct amount oil.The original specification was for 3.2 litres to be put in but this was changed to 2.4 litres owing to problems with changing gear under certain conditions. To get at the filler plug on the F40 box on my 1.9 I had to remove the battery and the battery box as well and I imagine you will have to do the same on your V6. The filler plug is on the top of the box and if my memory serves me ok it takes an 8 mm allen key to remove it .

I've never seen gearbox oil changes mentioned in a service book for either the Vectra B or Vectra C
Equally, you can't inspect it either

The oil should easily last 10 years, irrespective of mileage
