Yellow spanner light when driving....

The dreaded yellow spanner light came on today while I was driving and stayed on for approx 20 mins then went off again. It did the same on my return journey, was driving for approc 15 mins and it came on and stayed on for approx 20 mins then went off again?
Any ideas what it may be?
It started to come on this week when I turned on the ignition but went off as soon as the engine started, now this...
Its a CDTi 150 SRi
Have had new intake manifold about 6 weeks ago, cleaned the boost sensor and also the swirl valves have all been replaced.

Guesswork was never a reliable method of fault diagnosis.

Needs hooking up to Tech2 or similar.

On and off at such short intervals suggests it's coke'd up.

I've just dropped my car off at the local repair garage. He's going to hook it up to the computer and let me know what error codes come up if any.
I am totally fed up of shelling out money on this car at the moment.....what more could there be thats needs doing! I just hope it's nothing expensive

Picked car up from garage tonight. It had the following fault on the reader - P1125 Throttle valve control unit faulty.
Any of you guys had this before? Whats the cure?
The garage has reset the code and said to drive it a while and see if the spanner light comes back again.

No charge as my car was only in the garage a month ago getting some work done.

Do they mean the throttle body?
