    Default touch up sticks

    right bought one of these from vauxhalls today to get rid of a few stone chips that are doing my head in any tips on getting a decent finish when using them please

    Don Paul reccomended to me to get a fine artists brush as the one that comes with the touch up thing is to stuby.

    If the scratch is fine, I find a wooden cocktail stick perfect for the job. It will sit in the groove, and doesn't hold too much paint.

    If it's metallic paint you're touching up the you need to apply the paint in a dabbing motion not brushstrokes.

    if you get the set from halfords the lid can be pulled of for a syringe applicator for fine scratches or unscrewed for wide....got one the other day and am well happy with the results
