How to turn off music

Hi,

I have only had my signum for 3 days so I am still learning my way round everything, also this is my first Vauxhall.

I have read the manuals and I think I might of missed something, I can't firgure out how to turn my music off. For example, if I start listening to my CD ( on the CD70 navi ) and then decide I want the music off and just have the satnav on the only way I can see to do this is to turn everything off and back on again.

I am just wondering if there is a simpler way to just turn the music off and not everything??

iv just turned the volume down in the past but i think if you press and hold in the volume button it mutes the music

Thanks for the info, it's seems a bit of an oversight in the design that you can't stop the music only turn the volume down.

As previously said, you can also mute the volume by holding in the on/off button for a couple of seconds.

Got the time today to give this a try while the satnav was running. Holding the button down for 5 seconds to mute does not affect teh navigation instruction from teh navi
