    Default After the rain...

Managed to get the boot lip spoiler on, still not 100% but can work on that:

Also, bought a little steam cleaner whilst waiting for the rain to stop, cleaned up the upholstery a treat and can anyone remember the minging state of my engine bay from recent meets? A 10 minute blast with the steamer and a rag and this is the result, just got to paint the engine/battery covers now

I bought some plastic primer and silver spray paint a while back when I still hed the steelies and the trims were horrible, so I'll use that to do the covers (waste not want not-I can hear my mother saying). As it'll be silver, think I might look for either a black vinyl Irmscher sticker or possibly a blue one to match the brakes, i'll have to have a little scout on eBay later.

The steam cleaner in case anyone's interested, is a little Morphy Richards Compact job from Focus at £40, got quite a few attachments for various jobs indoors and out, not a bad little purchase.

The black cap is fairly loose, didn't play with it incase it was a control knob for something, so it's probably covering the filler valve for the A/C then? In which case I would assume that it should be on tight to save losing it??

It's not the air-con but a valve for de-pressurising the fuel system, the black top just unscrews to expose the valve which you gently press in with a small screwdriver to let out the pressure
