    Default Quality Car Mats

Any recommendations? The Irmscher ones look really good but they're damn pricey, like all of their stuff is nowadays

IMO the vauxhall ones are best as they fit perfectly, you get them cheaper on e-bay than from the dealers aswell.

I bought some for my mk4 Golf off ebay for £18 or something, they did fit perfectly however the heels did start to wear quite quickly. I sold the car and got the Vec before it got bad anyway. I'd easily buy another set from ebay as I was impressed overall.

VX ones cost about £48 which in my recollection is a similar price to the Irmy ones. My vx ones have been in for 8 mths and not a sign of wear.

    Tracer,

I have those car mats (got new ones free with the car) you can get them from the stealers for £20 - they fit well - no heel cover, so showing wear on drivers side after 6 weeks, the carpet looks like the kind of carpet you find at expo centres (just not as hard wearing) - they look ok and do a good job - but i am thinking of getting the vx velour ones for about £46 soon
