Sounds a bit iffy there .
doesent say how it works, a tubocharcher is driven by the exhaust gasses to force induction, a supercharger is driven from the engine to create forced induction, also forced induction engines have a lower compression ratio often created by a shorter stroke or different pistons, if an engine sucks in too much air it will burn at a much higher temp just causing you to risk at the least regular head gaskets or at worst a holed piston, my old man works for a car parts company and when rover turbocharged the 1.8 k series engine they all booked expensive holidays cos they knew they were in for a few quid
I could rig one of them up with a pc case fan and an old bean can *lol*, these were on ebay a few months back, about as much use as a chocolate teapot I would think....
if it 's the same thing i was reading up on a while ago , it 's a fan that goes into your induction pipe and increases the air pressure thus increasing fuel and making your car faster ..... but i was warned off buying one by various people i talked to .. err thats eveyone then !!!!!
Don't ask me why but was something to do with pinking and overheating and others said it was **** !!
