Those are AFL mate - Xenons but with the adaptive forward lighting parts to make them move with the steering wheel. Not retrofittable in a million years before you ask...

cheers had a reply from the sellar and he says they are halogen but i'm going to leave them

Looks like a stock image to be honest - and cheap for what they are if they are AFL and he jsut doens't know it...

iv asked him again if this is the actual pic of the lights that he is selling but probably won't get a reply until tomorrow

Buy them and if they're not what he said they are send them back

those are defo xenons mate with AFL the blue ring gives it away as all AFL are like this....
