    Default Electric door mirror....

is it just my car but if i re-align the driverside mirror then the passenger one moves with it, if i move the passenger mirror it doesn't move the driver side. I've recently had it in for a new plastic surround to be fitted to the passenger mirror and only just noticed this, not sure if it were an issue before it went in.....

    anyone else like this?

You'll get used to it. It's set up that way so that if you can adjust both mirrors for parking, among other things. Lower one mirror down to see the parking lines and the other mirror follows suit.

It's not just the facelifts. I had two pre-facelifts at the same time (see avatar) and the 03 plate one the mirrors where completely independent of each other, the 54 plate one did what's described in this thread. Was damned annoying when you jumped from one into the other all the time and forgot which way round it was lol
