Default Sub in boot again sorry

Having been into car stereos in my younger days and installed loads of subs Im a bit but out that my C has large black triangle shaped things near the back seat This stops any kind of pre made sub box fitting snuggly against the seat back This goes for tubes etc.

What have you lot done to get around this.

Saw one the other day on here, I think a custom box has to be made and secured to the rear of the rear seat.

So, how does a standard head unit, like the CCR 2006, remotely operate the amp, normally a blue wire on the head unit remotely switches the amp on when the head unit is fired up! And where do you take the Pre-outs from? i really want to add a sub! Thinks i'm what they call a Bass junkie!

Either a speaker to RCA adaptor or get an amp that takes speaker input , for the amp an ignition sensed wire with a switch inline and hidden on the drivers side to switch it off if you dont want to use it .

Or to an ignition live in the boot fuse box. You could then get a bass controller in the line out to adjust the bass levels or to turn the bass off.

I have had amps that take a high speakers bypass(****), also graphic eq that has a high input into RCA, not bad. What you really want is a In-Line Driver, i have had mine for a couple of month's and it's the best around, no loss of bass and simple gain control's.

For your amp control question, its the Red/White stripped wire which is your electric aerial signal, this would control your amp when you switch on the head unit. You can tap into this wire on the back of the ISO connectors, which is also where you can connect to the two rear speaker outputs to feed to your amp or line level convertor.
