Default Somebody Please Do The Decent Thing

    And call a General Election.

The current lot are doing nothing, they are like a load of shipwrecked survivor's sitting round a fire in the sand not knowing what to do, you've had your day, you failed, move on and allow the confidence card to prevail like it did when you won in 1997.

I agree VV, it is diabolical that Jacqui Smith comes out and says that she had "never run a major organisation" before accepting the job in 2007" and that "she wished that she had been better trained for the role"

So she took the job of Home Secretary knowing that she didn't have a clue?

Where is the big training company out there that trains Cabinet Ministers ?

Then we have Bob Ainsworth as the Defence Secretary, an ex communist and 'yes man' to the PM. He has made absolutely no comments regarding concerns about helicopters or vehicles or strategy, other than to reinforce No 10s belief that everything is going really rather well.

Take a look at the background of the Cabinet and you'll find plenty of lawyers, social workers, policy analysts, professional policiticians and a postman. Not one of them has ever run even the smallest business. How we got to the stage where we trusted these people with our tax dollars is beyond belief

According to my local rag (bob ainsworth was our local MP) that he has gone down in the history books as being the least powerful Defence Secretary in government history. Apparently he ranks 23rd out of the 24 cabinet ministers (I think)

True, especially unelected ones, I was hoping the morality chip would kick in, but sadly those types don't have one full stop.
