    Default Removing mudguards or mudflaps

    How do you remove them, they just look like plastic screws with no head? Are they easy to remove. thanks

    can you remove with out taking the tyres off??
    How do you get theses plastic screw like things, with no head star or flat..

    push the middle of them through with a real think nail or block connecter screwdriver then once the middle bits are out, get a bigger flat blade screwdriver and gently prize/pull the main part out.

    If you b****r up the body of the 'expanding rivet' as they are called, the replacement part number is V0090508809 or V0090138810...one is for the mudflaps, the other is for the front bumper bottom support plate which secure it to the front suspension carrier...I bought a few of each a while back when I fitted front and rear parking sensors..but not sure which one is for which application....they were about £0.25/0.20p each..ope it's useful...cheers
